What if my health status changes?

Angels Care is able to coordinate this care with contracted Home Health providers for up to 120 days. This care is billed directly to your Medicare provider by the agency. Should the condition of a resident change to such a status that skilled nursing is required, the contract will be cancelled to allow the resident to move to a different facility capable of providing this care without penalty.

Should a resident need to leave our facility prior to the 15th of the month, with the intent of not returning, a prorated refund will be issued within 60 days. Refunds are not provided if a Resident intends to return to the home. No refund is due for transfers or move out after the 15th of the month.
