Angel's Care Admission Policies

Angel's Care Family Home is open to any family that desires a family-style living environment along with the comfort and safety of 24-hour supervision and care for their loved one in a home-like residential setting. 

An initial placement evaluation will be performed by our Director of Operations along with an Initial Health Assessment by the residents primary care physician or discharging facility. Residents are placed in homes to ensure an optimal personality mix and diversity. Angels Care welcomes all ethnic groups and religious affiliations.

• Residents must be able to blend socially with existing residents.
• Residents must meet the criteria set out for eligibility in this setting as established by the State of Ohio.
• Residents must have an up to date Tuberculosis shot and Covid 19 vaccination prior to admission.
• Residents must be able to self administer their own medications with the level of assistance permitted in a class 2 residential care facility.
