Services Offered At Angel's Care

Angel's Care Family Home provides 24-hour care and supervision for our residents who desire a more personalized level care in a smaller residential setting. Residents may receive assistance with one or more activities of daily living in a residential setting. Many of our residents may have a specific Memory Care diagnosis. Our homes are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our Director of Operations is on-site Mon-Fri and on-call 24 hours a day.

All employees have gone through rigorous background screening and recieve traingin on medication mangement and Memory Care as part of their training at Angel's Care.  

Outside medical providers make monthly visits to our homes and evaluate each resident and to ensure their continued optimal care and comfort.

Our caregiving services include assisting residents with 1 or more activities of daily living to include bathing, grooming, safe and effective medication self-administration or with assistance, toileting, incontinence support and various levels of socialization and interaction. 

Residents receive the following services:

  • Private or semi-private suites complete with full bath, walk-in closet and walk/roll in large shower 
  • Three home-cooked meals per day along with unlimited snacks and beverages
  • Medication monitoring and management
  • Full assistance with all activities of daily living
  • Dietary services as directed by a Physician.
  • Supplemental nursing care provided by home health or hospice providers 
  • Physical therapy coordinated through private contractors
  • Status health updates 
  • Laundry and cleaning services
  • Ongoing care and assessment by qualified medical providers 
  • On-site podiatry care by licensed Podiatrists

Our Director of Operations coordinates a variety of services thru outside vendors for Pharmacy and Medication Services, Home Care, Rehab Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Durable Medical Equipment orders and delivery along with other no-charge services as needed for our residents.
